6. Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Products
VeroLusso offers size exchanges subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Size exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the required photographs or videos.
After verification, an eligible damaged or defective product will be replaced with a new product.

7. No Refunds
VeroLusso does not offer monetary refunds for products.
Where a product is verified as damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement product in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
